Features of Drawing
2021年7月30日The basis of our work on teaching non-standard drawing techniques, exercises, games and various means in the visual arts is based on the manual by G. N. Davydov "Non-traditional drawing techniques in kindergarten." The upbringing and educational process is planned taking into account the age capabilities of preschool children, based on the existing skills and abilities in artistic and productive activities. The use of thematic literary works, musical, folklore and game material allows you to make classes accessible, interesting, meaningful and informative.
Toddlers at an early age are just learning to use artistic tools, so it is easier for them to control the movements of their own finger than a pencil or brush. Therefore, it is better to start with them by drawing with "fingers", when the child puts his finger in a jar of paint and tries to depict his own on the sheet. This is the easiest way to get an image, giving the child freedom of action. Then the kid learns the way of drawing with the "palm": the child lowers his palm into gouache and makes a print on paper.
From the age of three, the younger preschooler successfully masters drawing with corks and seals from potatoes. The child presses the cork against the ink pad and makes an impression on the paper. This technique allows you to depict the same object many times.
At the senior preschool age (4-7 years old), children easily learn such drawing methods as:
· “Foam rubber stamp” and “foam rubber stamp”, when a child presses the foam or foam rubber against a stamp pad with paint and makes an impression on the paper;
· "Jab with a hard semi-dry brush", the child lowers the brush into the gouache and strikes the paper with it, holding it vertically, we do not lower the brush into the water when working;
· "Subject monotype", here the child folds a sheet of paper in half, and on one half of it draws half of the depicted object. Then folds the sheet in half again. In this technique, symmetrical objects are drawn. The resulting image can be decorated;
· "Object blotography", where the child scoops up the gouache https://guts.pk/shop/product/alberto-a4-spiral-sketchbook-160gsm-for-artist/ with a plastic spoon and pours it onto the paper. The result is random spots. Then the sheet is covered with another sheet and pressed. Then the top sheet is removed, the image is examined and it is determined, "What does it look like?" The missing details are being drawn;
· "Blotography with a tube", the child scoops up the paint with a plastic spoon, pours it onto the sheet, making a small spot (droplet). Then blows on this spot through a tube so that its end does not touch either the spot or the paper. Missing details are also drawn;
· "Blotting with a thread", the child lowers the thread into the paint, squeezes it out. Then, on a sheet of paper, he spreads an image from the thread, leaving one end free. After that, he puts another sheet on top, presses, holding it with his hand, and pulls the thread by the tip. The missing details are painted with a brush;
· "Splashing", the child picks up paint on a brush (toothbrush or stack) and hits the cardboard with the brush, or picks up some paint with a toothbrush, and draws it with a stack over the surface of the brush with quick movements. The splashes will hit the paper.
In older preschool age, children often perform work using several drawing techniques at once, which allows them to create a more expressive image.
Non-traditional drawing techniques https://guts.pk/shop/category/art-supplies/art-sheets/sketch-pad/ are ways to create a new, original work of art in which everything is in harmony: color, line, and plot. This is a great opportunity for children to think, try, search, experiment, and most importantly, express themselves. Mastering the technique of the image gives children true joy. They are ready to repeat this or that action many times, and the better the movement is, the more pleasure they repeat it, as if demonstrating their success, and rejoice, drawing the attention of an adult to their achievements.
